Please be advised that terms may change without notice.

By signing up to Kismet Kash you agree that you will abide by the terms stated in this agreement. Kismet Kash reserves the right to modify this agreement without prior notification to its members.

We accept members ONLY from the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States.

Member accounts will be deleted if they remain inactive for a 14 day period. This means you MUST logon to Kismet Kash at least once every two weeks and click links, read your mail, and perform other tasks.

You agree that you are the legal age in your state and/or country for submitting a contract which means you are over the age of 18 or 21 in most states and countries. You agree that the information that you submit to Kismet Kash is valid. Membership requires that you understand English! Links will be sent to test comprehension. Clicking on 3 cheat links will result in immediate account termination. If you select "I cheat" or "I cannot read English" or similar cheat related items in your interests, you will be deleted. You will lose all referrals and earnings. You must sign up using your real name, address, contact and other information. Having false information in your account will be grounds for deletion of your account without any prior notice to you.

Members may use sign-up bonuses and/or earnings for advertising at Kismet Kash as long as they remain an active member in good standing. Kismet Kash reserves the right to refuse to advertise any particular site. Advertising must be in English!

You may not pay for, submit or redeem earnings for an unacceptable website or advertiser, you will not be refunded. These include sites or ads which relate to vulgarity, hate, violence, adult or pornographic material, gambling, tobacco, or "drug/pharmaceutical" related sites, multi-level marketing programs (including online payment randomizers), matrix, pyramid and Ponzi schemes, "get rich quick" schemes, or other similar ventures. If your ad or site is refused for other reasons you will be contacted and asked to submit another ad or you will be credited or refunded. Paid to Promote Advertising is not accepted.

Members who submit invalid ads such as sending email ads for banner or ptc ads and visa versa will lose your redemption and/or earnings. Any invalid ads will be subject to deletion and loss of earnings without notice. Please read the redemption clearly to make sure you submit the proper ad.

We have no tolerance of Spam as a method of promoting your Kismet Kash referral links. We define Spam as the sending of any unsolicited commercialized messages. All members found spamming will have their membership terminated and will not be eligible to join Kismet Kash in the future, may be fined up to $150 per incident.

You may not attempt to cheat Kismet Kash in any way. Use of cheat software, cheating the Members Rewards program, multiple sign-ups, or cheating in any other way will result in immediate termination of your membership without prior written notice. If you are found to be cheating at other sites I own, your account here will be deleted immediately.

• Use of "Cheat" Software (automatic clicking software, etc)
• Creating Multiple Accounts
• Joining or Signing up from disallowed countries
• Cheating the Members Rewards program
• Attempting to receive multiple credits for signup tasks
• Attempting to Cash out using someone else's account
• Any other attempt to defraud or embezzle cash, or rewards from Kismet Kash by ANY means.

All account information regarding cheaters is made publicly available as well as personally shared with other website owners and administrators. This includes but is not limited to various usernames or aliases, IP addresses, proxies, true country of origin, trace back loops and hops, sniffers, and other advanced methods used by Kismet Kash to detect cheaters. On some occassions and under special circumstances, we reserve the right to subcontract this service to a small privately owned and managed investigation company that has greater resources and more time than we do to research. All of the information obtained by the outside vendor will be made publically available.

If you want to use our promotional banners for your website you must upload them to your server only. If you choose to advertise Kismet Kash, you will be expected to portray correct information regarding this site and terms of service. Misrepresentation of this site is not allowed and grounds for termination.

You must ask permission to sell or trade your account or referrals, If you are caught selling or trading your referrals without permission your account will be deleted immediately! You are not allowed to post any email that was sent from Kismet Kash in a forum without permission. If you are caught posting Kismet Kash emails without permission your account will be deleted immediately. Furthermore, disrespect towards webmaster in emails, forum posts, etc will not be tolerated. If found to be doing this your account may be subject to termination. I have always maintained an "open door" policy for my members. Members are expected to earn their pay. For Paid to Read Email Advertisements and Paid to Click Advertisements, this means that you must review the advertisement for the time required. If your email bounces more than 3 times in a one week period I will set your account to site inbox mail only. For Paid to Sign-up offers, you are to remain an active member of the program for a minimum of 30 days. Earnings will be reversed otherwise. You may only signup to a maximum of 4 signups in a 1 month period.

All personal information is stored in the Kismet Kash database and will not be sold or given away to third parties with the exception of known or proven cheaters. You give Kismet Kash permission to send you newsletters regarding our program.

If you do not agree with the above terms then you may not join Kismet Kash. If a member violates the above terms their membership will be terminated.
